We are a refurbished 19th century country inn, located on the A361 just a few minutes drive from the historical Glastonbury. We offer comfortable dining where you can enjoy the very best that our local suppliers deliver. You can also make it a night to remember in one of our 12 en suite bedrooms. Conveniently located for Wells, Bath, Bristol, Shepton Mallet and of course the Glastonbury Festival.

Please take extra caution using smaller roads to access The Lion.
We are open as normal
See possible alternative routes for access to The Lion. We'll be open and trading as usual. You can still reach us, but you'll need to take a little scenic detour through Baltonsborough or Wick.
Just a word of caution though - these roads are a bit on the narrow side and in some places, they're only suitable for one vehicle at a time. So, please take care and drive safely.
